Job Summary
TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR - GERMAN SPEAKERS - BARCELONA
Salary: 20500 gross/year up to 2000 annual bonus
Highlight / Note: On-site German C1-C2 English B2
Location: Barcelona Spain (on-site)
Start date: 3rd March 2026
Working hours: 39 hours/week Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
Role Description
Are you a German speaker with technical expertise looking for a stable on-site role in Barcelona
Join a dynamic team as a Technical Support Advisor and provide high-quality technical support and customer service to German-speaking users. Youll diagnose and resolve technical issues ensure excellent customer experiences and collaborate with internal teams to maintain service quality.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and assistance to German-speaking users

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner

Log track and document incidents using internal systems

Escalate complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary

Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Candidate Profile

Native or C1/C2 level German (mandatory)
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support

Comfortable using IT systems and ticketing tools
-
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona
Nice to Have

Additional technical knowledge (IT software hardware etc.)

Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment

Intermediate English
Benefits
Salary: 20500 gross/year up to 2000 annual bonus. Possible relocation bonus.
