The Role
The Head of Training Sector will lead the design implementation and oversight of all professional development and training operations across the organization. This role will establish a structured training framework aligned with international best practices while ensuring compliance with Saudi Ministry of Education regulations and relevant accreditation standards.
The position will oversee annual training strategies budgets performance indicators and quality assurance processes. A key focus will be enhancing instructional quality embedding modern learning methodologies integrating digital learning platforms and responsibly adopting AI-enabled tools. The Head of Training Sector will also maintain accreditation documentation oversee audit readiness and build strategic partnerships with external training providers universities and international organizations.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree in Education or a related field (Masters degree preferred) with a minimum of 10 years progressive leadership experience within the education or training sector. Experience operating in Saudi Arabia and managing multi-site or large-scale training functions is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strategic capability in learning and development strong leadership presence and proven experience driving quality improvement initiatives. Professional L&D certifications (CIPD ATD SHRM CPTM or equivalent) are advantageous. Familiarity with digital learning platforms and Learning Management Systems is essential. Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
