What is the role
The Graduate Manufacturing Engineer will work as part of multi-disciplinary project teams delivering on Aerogens core values of mindful responsive and expert. The role will work with new product development process improvement and development packaging and compliance initiatives in a fast-paced Medical Device Environment.

What are the key responsibilities
Support cross functional Engineering projects from initial concept to commercial release delivering Quality Service and Cost improvements.
Support a diverse range of projects including New Product Introduction Compliance and continuous improvement.
Complete product process and material changes through Design Review process change control and documentation updates.
Support complex engineering issues with cross functional teams (Manufacturing R&D and Quality) in a product development environment.
Identification of process improvement opportunities to include improved quality increased capacity/service and product cost.
Delivery on individual and department performance metrics (Training Right First Time metrics)
Perform other assigned tasks as directed by Manufacturing Project Engineer or Head of Function.

What education and experience are required
Minimum of a primary degree (Level 8) in an Engineering or Technical Discipline.
0-2 years engineering experience in the Medical Device / Regulated industries

Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving.
Flexibility to travel to vendor / supplier sites to support project activities.
Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with little supervision or daily direction.
