We are looking for you to join our growing team inKarlsruheas a full-time (40 hours per week) as Head of People Excellence (m/f/d).
Your mission
- You supportthe CPO on operational topics and represent them in their absence.
- You leadand coordinate the HR Business Partner and Specialist teams to ensure effective collaboration and highquality service delivery.
- You workclosely with theworkscouncil on employee relations codetermination topics and compliance matters.
- You advisemanagers on HR-related questions and leadership challenges acting as a trusted partner.
- You driveand implement key HR projects such as HR software rollouts new compensation initiatives and culture or engagement programs.
- You developandmaintainHR policies and processes aligned with company strategy legal requirements and operational excellence.
- You analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and support change management and organizational development efforts.
Your profile
- You bring a background in human resources management business administration or a comparable field paired with deep HR expertise across labor law employee relations codetermination and HR policies.
- You have strong leadership experience having managed HR Business Partner and Specialist teams with trustworthiness confidence and a collaborative mindset.
- You excel in organizational development change management cultural initiatives and can effectively represent Clevel topics at an operational level.
- You demonstrate solid knowledge in compensation & benefits HR systems HR analytics and data and KPIdriven decisionmaking.
- You manage complex HR projects such as HR software rollouts and process implementations with a structured analytical and solutionoriented approach.
- You work confidently with works councils and handle conflict resolution and diplomatic situations with professionalism.
- You communicate fluently in German and English with strong consulting skills strategic thinking empathy and a high service orientation.
