Job Summary

POLYWOOD is looking for a Sr. Infrastructure SecOps Engineer who thrives in high-ownership environments and is passionate about securing modern infrastructure. This role blends security strategy hands-on engineering and AI safeguarding to protect critical systems while enabling operational continuity in a manufacturing environment.

What Youll Do:
Develop and lead POLYWOODs infrastructure security strategy and long-term roadmap.
Design and implement secure cloud-native architectures across major platforms.
Build and manage enterprise security controls including IAM endpoint protection network security and threat detection tools.
Lead AI safeguarding initiatives addressing risks unique to AI/ML systems and emerging technologies.
Proactively identify assess and mitigate threats while strengthening detection and response capabilities.
Own and lead security incident response efforts from detection through resolution.
Partner cross-functionally with IT engineering and business teams to embed security into processes and culture.
Develop and enforce security policies standards and compliance frameworks.
Continuously evaluate and improve security posture controls and operational resilience.

What You Bring:
510 years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security roles.
Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure security across major cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience securing AI/ML systems and understanding their unique attack surfaces.
Strong knowledge of identity and access management endpoint security network security and threat detection technologies.
Proven ability to design and build security programs from the ground up.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to balance security rigor with operational continuity in a manufacturing environment.
Self-directed work style with full ownership and accountability for results.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in manufacturing industrial or operational technology environments.
Experience leading and managing security incidents end-to-end.
Familiarity with risk intelligence platforms and advanced threat modeling techniques.
