• Leading empowering and strengthen the Front and Back Office team ensuring high performance and service quality including donor support and handle requests from supporters
• Ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of daily administrative and operational processes
• Being responsible for a well-organized office operation and administrative day-to-day business at the headquarters office
• Serving as a key interface between departments fostering effective cross-functional collaboration
• Leading contract-related processes and negotiations with confidence and professionalism
• Being responsible for budget planning cost control and invoice approval

• Experience in team leadership with a strong background in office administration and organisation
• Completed commercial education including proficient use of MS Office
• Very goodcommunication skillsin German (C2) and English (B2) (written and spoken)
• Team player with high social skills reliability and a solution-oriented approach
• Pro-active and self-organising person with hands-on mentality and positive mindset
• Driving license B and willingness to drive
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
