We are looking for an intern as Train Validationfor our site inVienna AUSTRIA
Your Future Role:
From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 720 colleagues develop and manufacture the Flexity tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. Youll report to the Site PrEM/BTM Manager & C&V Metier Manager and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.
Well look for you to:
- Collect REX (Return of experience) issues from past type test campaigns
- Streamline these inputs for simplifying and stabilizing future way of working in this area
- Guided by the head of Validation supported by team members of Train Validation and Train Systems department.
Competencies & Skills:
- Student in Mechanical Engineering
- Eager to learn
- Ability to analyse issues systematically
- Fluent in English and German is mandatory

- Experience a dynamic work environment with a internship of 2 months starting 01.07.2026
- The minimum salary for this position is 1.29540 EUR gross monthly for full-time employment (385 hours/week) according to the collective bargaining agreement.
