IMPORTANT: This role requires demonstrated experience working across multiple ACC work streams such as (but not limited to) cover and entitlement decision-making complex claims management rehabilitation planning reviews/appeals contracted services policy/legislative application.
A strong working knowledge of ACC legislation and its practical application is essential. Applications that do not demonstrate these essential skills are not likely to progress to shortlisting.

About the role:
As a kaiārahi/navigator youll work remotely predominately from home responding to client queries via phone email and chat.
You will be part of a close-knit collaborative team of navigators located all over Aotearoa supported by a dedicated and approachable management team who are committed to continuous improvement and staff well-being.

The remuneration range for this position starts at mid-$70K and increases by approximately $25K over a number of steps and includes a working from home allowance.
We will be assessing candidates as they arrive and will close the job when a suitable candidate is found.
This is a FULL-TIME position. We do not have any part-time roles at this time.
