Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to coordinate and manage the movement of company assets documents supplies and equipment across offices and partner locations. This role ensures efficient distribution vendor coordination inventory control and timely delivery of materials that support daily insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipment and delivery of office equipment supplies and claim-related materials
Manage inventory of assets (laptops printers office supplies marketing materials)
Oversee courier services for secure document transport
Coordinate logistics for disaster response teams and field adjusters
Track and maintain records of asset movement and distribution
Work with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor shipping costs and recommend cost-saving strategies
Ensure compliance with company security and data protection policies
Support office relocations expansions and internal equipment transfers
Maintain accurate documentation in inventory and tracking systems

Required Qualifications:

2 years of experience in logistics operations facilities or supply chain
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Experience coordinating vendors and shipping providers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
