Job Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry filing and maintaining records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with creating and editing documents reports and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a clerical assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clerical or office administration.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
