Were looking for a Social Media Manager who can own day-to-day social execution while helping shape the strategy behind it. Youll plan and publish content grow an engaged audience and turn performance insights into smarter creative decisions. This role is ideal for someone whos organized creative and comfortable moving quickly across multiple channels.
What youll do
Build and manage a content calendar across key platforms (e.g. Instagram TikTok LinkedIn Facebook X)
Create and publish posts (copy basic creative) and coordinate with designers/video editors when needed
Write clear on-brand captions and short-form copy that drives engagement and action
Monitor comments/DMs and engage with the community in a professional timely way
Track performance metrics (reach engagement CTR follower growth) and report results weekly/monthly
Run social listening and trend research to inform content ideas
Collaborate with marketing/sales to support launches campaigns and promotions
Maintain brand voice and ensure quality/consistency across channels
What were looking for
13 years of social media experience (agency or in-house)
Strong writing skills and a sharp sense of tone/brand voice
Comfortable creating content in Canva/CapCut or similar tools (basic design/editing is fine)
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later Buffer Hootsuite Sprout Meta Business Suite etc.)
Experience reading analytics and making decisions based on data
Organized reliable and able to manage multiple priorities
Nice to have
Short-form video direction or editing experience
Experience with paid social (boosting posts basic ads support)
Basic understanding of SEO and content repurposing
What success looks like (first 6090 days)
Content calendar running consistently with strong on-time publishing
Noticeable improvement in engagement rate and content quality
Clear reporting that ties content performance to learnings and next steps
Strong consistent brand voice across platforms
Compensation & schedule
