Senior General Manager Ragin Ramen

As Senior General Manager youll be responsible for day to day operations team development and morale delivering friendly customer service and setting the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant.
This is afull-timeposition and the ideal candidate will be fully flexible to work evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Developing the team and creating great morale
- Plan and manage rotas payroll holidays and staffing within budget
- Oversee stock takes and ensure financial accuracy
- Maintain restaurant security at all times
- Maintain restaurant standards for health and safety cleanliness and hygiene
- Lead and develop the team through appraisals reviews and regular training
- Manage recruitment performance management and disciplinary/grievance processes
- Host team meetings and ensure effective internal communication
- Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with company policies
Essential Criteria
- 2 years experience in a management position at General or Assistant levelin afast-pacedrestaurant environment.
- Proven track record of organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Strong customer focus
Desirable Criteria
- 2 to 3 years experience in a General Management position
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Management
