Job Summary
Candidates should be locally available in Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and Intune.
- Implement and maintain M365 security and compliance policies (e.g. DLP Conditional Access MFA).
- Monitor service health troubleshoot issues and manage incident response for M365 services.
- Azure Infrastructure Management:
- Design and deploy scalable highly available and secure Azure environments.
- Manage virtual networks VMs Azure AD storage accounts Azure Firewall and VPN/ExpressRoute connectivity.
- Networking:
- Configure and troubleshoot virtual networking components including NSGs UDRs Load Balancers and Application Gateways.
- Optimize network performance and ensure secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Perform network traffic analysis and help enforce secure network architectures.
- Security & Compliance:
- Design and enforce security best practices in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage Azure Security Center Microsoft Defender and Sentinel for threat detection and response.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on Microsoft cloud technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- Strong experience with Azure networking identity and access management.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
