An ambitious and well-regarded secondary school in Nottingham is seeking a creative enthusiastic and dedicated Art Teacher to join their successful Creative Arts faculty. This is a full-time permanent role starting ASAP and is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The successful candidate will teach Art across Key Stages 3 and 4 with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students practical skills creative thinking and understanding of artistic techniques and history.
You will be responsible for creating an inspiring classroom environment where students feel confident to experiment with a range of materials including drawing painting sculpture mixed media and digital art. The role also involves preparing students for GCSE and potentially A-Level assessments contributing to exhibitions and supporting extracurricular art clubs and competitions.

Degree in Art or related discipline
QTS or PGCE
Experience teaching Art in secondary education (ECTs welcome)
