As a Finance Assistant you will work closely with the Finance Manager and administrative team to ensure accurate financial record-keeping timely processing of invoices and smooth operation of the schools financial procedures. You will play a key role in supporting budgeting payroll and reporting processes ensuring compliance with statutory and school policies.
Processing invoices payments and purchase orders accurately
Maintaining financial records and databases
Supporting payroll and budget monitoring
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
Producing reports for senior leadership and external auditors
Supporting school events and projects with financial administration
