Job Title: Business Development Manager for Commercial and Industrial (C&I)

Job Location: Munich or Nuremberg. Other Huawei office locations may be considered upon discussion.

Main Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate key account management skills including forecasting customer engagement and negotiation in the C&I sector.

• Identify develop and close opportunities within Germanys commercial and industrial energy solutions market.

• Lead and coordinate with internal support teams to ensure clients receive tailored energy solutions products and support that meet their commercial and industrial needs.

• Responsibility for achieving target fulfillment including reporting and forecasting. Support strategic planning and target setting together with the manager of the business

• Attend industry events and forums to enhance market presence and brand awareness.

• Promote Huawei products across C&I energy systems

Requirements:

• Bachelors/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a PV sales and solution environment with a focus on technical solutions; knowledge and experience in PV industry requirements and design is a plus.

• Strong communication skills proactive and able to effectively engage with clients; highly motivated goal-oriented and a team player with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills including good listening probing and qualification abilities.

• Fluency in German and English is a must.
