We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the development of a new electro-mechanical medical this position you will work directly with customers and collaborate within cross-functional teams to deliver innovative high-quality and cost-effective solutions for high-volume production.

Key Responsibilities
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to complete the mechanical design of a new electro-mechanical medical device.
Interface directly with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment throughout development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including New Product Introduction (NPI) Industrial Design Electrical Engineering Testing and Manufacturing.
Deliver time- and cost-effective design solutions aligned with project objectives.
Produce high-quality technical documentation supported by simulations and laboratory testing.
Investigate emerging technologies and industry trends in close collaboration with vendors and suppliers.
Participate actively in design reviews and technical decision-making processes.
Develop and execute robust measurement and control strategies for high-volume manufacturing.
Support prototyping activities and production of test samples.
Contribute to design verification validation (V&V) and process validation activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience developing medical devices or combination products at a detailed design level.
Strong expertise in:
Dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T highly appreciated)
Statistical tolerance analysis
Design for Manufacturing (e.g. injection molding high-volume production)
Design for Assembly
Measurement and control strategies for production
Highly skilled in CREO and/or SolidWorks.
Solid understanding of:
Good Documentation Practice (GDP)
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Design Control and Risk Management
Design Verification & Validation (V&V)
Process Validation
Experience in prototyping and production of test samples.
Proactive ambitious and self-driven personality.
Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional teamwork abilities.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
