Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director / Senior Scrum Master with deep expertise in stakeholder management and Agile delivery. The role requires leading cross-functional teams aligning business and technical objectives and driving Agile maturity across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage stakeholder engagement to align project objectives with organizational goals
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within scope timeline and budget
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Standups Reviews Retrospectives)
Maintain transparent communication between business and technical teams
Provide strategic Agile guidance and promote continuous improvement
Monitor project progress and provide executive-level reporting
Identify and mitigate stakeholder and delivery risks
Resolve conflicts within Scrum teams to maintain productivity
Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and project teams

Mandatory Skill

Strong Stakeholder Management experience in Agile/Scrum environments
