The Telecollection Manager is responsible for managing tele-calling collection activities for overdue loan accounts. The role focuses on reducing delinquency improving recovery rates managing tele-calling teams and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the tele-calling collection team.

Monitor daily calling performance and recovery targets.
-
Ensure timely follow-up on overdue EMI payments.
-
Handle escalated cases and negotiate repayment plans.
-
Track bucket-wise delinquency (0DPD).
-
Prepare MIS reports on collection efficiency and team performance.
-
Ensure compliance with RBI and company collection guidelines.
-
Train and motivate team members to achieve monthly targets.
-
Coordinate with field collection teams for hard bucket cases.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Collection efficiency ratio.
-
Reduction in delinquency percentage.
-
Roll-forward control
-
PTP (Promise to Pay) conversion rate
-
Team productivity & call quality scores
Required Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Team handling experience
-
Knowledge of retail loan products (Two-wheeler loan Personal loan LAP etc.)

Understanding of collection buckets and DPD cycles
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
-
Good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline
-
3 6 years experience in tele-collections (NBFC/BFSI preferred)

Minimum 1 2 years team handling experience
