What would you be doing / Expected from this role
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand future hiring needs and establish long-term sourcing strategies.
Analyse market trends competitor activities and industry benchmarks to refine recruitment approaches.
Manage the full recruitment cycle which includes sourcing screening shortlisting of resumes scheduling interviews offer release till on boarding.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using proactive sourcing techniques.
Analyse recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-offer time-to-fill cost-per-hire) and generate reports to evaluate performance and improve processes for on time hiring.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Monitor and ensure compliance to hiring process and other Organizations policies.
Oversee the daily hiring progress for the assigned recruitment team members providing support guidance and supervision.
Who are we looking for
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in managing high-volume recruitment for Regional-level roles Includes both white collar & Blue collar.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics talent pipelines and market dynamics.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and HR tools.
Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
