Job Summary

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Englewood CO (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Develop detailed project plans and timelines to guide the execution of business initiatives
Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning review and retrospectives to ensure agile practices are effectively implemented
Oversee the product backlog prioritizing tasks based on business value and stakeholder input
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience through effective business solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions
Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Ensure clear communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
