Job Summary
Job Description: Scrum Master at Ubuildit
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and sprint reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and removing impediments to the teams progress.
- Coach team members on agile principles and practices.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
- Ensure the team follows agile methodologies and best practices.
- Track and report on team velocity and other key metrics.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Experience with JIRA or other agile project management tools.
- Experience leading agile transformation initiatives.
