Job Summary

Job Title: - Technical Program Manager POS (Point of Sale)

Duration: - Long Term Contract

Location: - Seattle WA Local only

Role Overview

Lead complex cross-functional Point of Sale (POS) programs across store systems and omnichannel touchpoints. Drive alignment execution and on-time delivery of POS initiatives supporting in-store and omnichannel retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own large multi-stream POS programs including store POS applications peripherals store networking and integrations with enterprise systems
Coordinate delivery across Engineering Product Store Operations Architecture Security and external vendors
Drive program scope milestones dependencies risks and success metrics for POS initiatives
Support roadmap release and backlog planning for POS platforms and store rollouts
Manage store rollout readiness pilot execution cutover planning and post-deployment validation
Ensure alignment with security compliance and store operational requirements
Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies impacting store launches and upgrades
Provide clear executive-level status reporting on progress risks and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications

10 years of Technical Program Management experience
Proven delivery of large-scale POS or store technology programs
Strong understanding of POS architectures store systems and omnichannel retail flows
Experience managing software deployments and phased store rollouts
Deep knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum SAFe)
Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills
