Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage configure and optimize our organizations Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will be the primary technical point of contact and platform guardian for the Contact Center transformation. You will be responsible for the health security and ongoing optimization of a global environment supporting 6700 agents across 14 countries Required Skills - Salesforce Administrator Service Cloud Strong expertise with core Salesforce functionality (Flows Lightning configuration automation dashboards reporting).
