Job Summary

Deep Salesforce admin experience in Service Cloud/ Agentic cloud preferred
Org administration & configuration experience ensuring best practices and standards are established and enforced including SLA Entitlements Skills etc.
Configure Sandboxes data loads and developer environment setup & mgt.
Configuration of security & access controls
Configure customizations staying within the boundaries of the platform.
Configure workflows routing and assignment management SLA management. Flow automation as related to Case Management
Critical skill Establish Dev Ops pipeline and integration into Uniteds repo for pipeline management and repo migration across orgs.
Critical skill Troubleshooting experience manage logging for prod & non-prod environment.
