Job Summary

Job Title: Test Technician
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Industry
Duration: 5 months (possible extension)
Location: Fridley MN 55432
Shift: 1st shift

Must Have

0 2 years testing and data analysis experience
0 3 years medical or clinical exposure
Advanced testing knowledge
Packaging testing experience

Key Responsibilities

Set up and conduct tests on production units
Assemble units per designs and specifications
Adjust and calibrate systems
Modify equipment components as required
Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions
Use hand and power tools and measuring devices
Perform quality checks using control procedures
Support production operations and testing teams
Read schematics and technical drawings
Collect format and analyze technical data
Prepare test reports
Suggest process improvements when needed
Perform routine technical tasks under supervision
Highlight problems or concerns when identified
Communicate technical findings internally
Guide or assist junior technicians

Required Knowledge & Experience

Basic knowledge of testing systems and procedures
Minimum 2 years relevant experience
Vocational or technical education preferred
