YOUR VERSATILE ROLE:

• Leading developing and managing the quality control team including personnel capacity planning and performance management
• Designing implementing and continuously improving quality control processes and standards
• Ensuring the approval and release of raw materials input materials and production orders
• Overseeing complaint management corrective measures and quality reporting within the group
• Key interface role between quality control production supply chain customer service and sales
• Supporting production in resolving quality issues and non-conforming batches
• Training coaching and developing employees and apprentices in quality control including international teams
• Managing and ensuring compliance with control plans documentation and quality systems
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives and bringing innovative proposals
• Actively promoting a strong culture of quality safety and hygiene in the workplace through proactive leadership
• Active participation in cross-functional and group projects
• Taking responsibility a proactive approach and the ability to think beyond immediate duties

Your profile:

• High willingness to learn and strong initiative
• Several years of experience in employee development and management
• Completed technical vocational training or university degree (university/technical college) in plastics technology
• Professional experience in coloristics and/or plastics technology is an advantage
• Knowledge of key processing methods in the plastics industry
• Very good knowledge ofHungarian and English at a business level; international experience is an advantage
• Enthusiasm for international and interdisciplinary cooperation
