What Youll Be Doing
- Lead daily production activities to ensure safe efficient and reliable operations.
- Guide and support team members to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment processes and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
- Identify and resolve production challenges to keep workflow on track.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet goals and enhance plant performance.

Work Environment
- Work is performed in an operational plant setting with exposure to moving equipment noise dust and varying weather conditions.
- Personal protective equipment is required and provided.
- Role may involve standing walking climbing or lifting as part of normal duties.
