• Drive a company truck to residential and small commercial job sites
  
  
• Work independently or with a crew partner
  
  
• Operate professional lawn equipment safely and efficiently

• Operate walk-behind mower push mower edger string trimmer and blower
  
  
• Ability to drive manual (stick shift) transmission
  
  
• Perform weekly and bi-weekly mowing services
  
  
• Maintain sharp striping clean edges and professional presentation
  
  
• Perform minor equipment maintenance:
  
  
  • Blade sharpening and replacement
    
    
  • Oil changes
    
    
  • Basic small engine upkeep
    
    
• Maintain a clean and organized shop and truck
  
  
• Respect company equipment and property
  
  
• Maintain professional communication with customers
  
  

• High character and integrity
