Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily flow of the Volvo/ SubaruParts Counter ensuring customers receive prompt courteous and accurate service.
- Assist retail customers service advisors and technicians in person and over the phone.
- Identify explain and recommend Honda parts and accessories using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
- Take ownership of the customer experience by providing concierge-level support and ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Process parts invoices special orders and returns accurately.
- Communicate parts availability pricing and back-order status clearly and proactively.
- Maintain an organized clean and efficient parts counter and work area.
- Support inventory control efforts including stocking and organization as needed.
- Carry out additional assignments that help create a positive and lasting customer impression.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Organized friendly and customer-focused personality.
- Strong communication skills with both customers and internal team members.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Automotive or parts counter experience preferred but not required.
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
