$3000 Monthly Draw paid as Salary
Provides stability. Commissions and bonuses are paid once draw is exceeded. No income cap.

Volume Bonuses at 15 units and 20 units.
Top 3 Performance Pool
Top 3 sales professionals split on total store retail units sold.
What That Means
Average pay per vehicle isnorth of $500 per unit.
Top producers earn more. There is no ceiling.
