As part of our Consulting Enterprise Risk team our clients look for EYs expertise across the consulting solutions and specifically for engagements related to Internal Audit Process compliance and reviews SOX 404 Third Party Risk Management Regulatory Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management.

The opportunity:

Were looking for SENIOR with expertise in Risk Solutions (Internal Audit/Internal Controls) to join our EY-Risk Academy Team. This is partial client-facing role in a rapidly growing practice focusing on delivering risk-related learning solutions to our clients. This role blends practice-building go-to-market ownership and engagement delivery requiring deep risk expertise commercial acumen and strong learning design sensibilities.

Your key responsibilities:

Engagement delivery

• Anchor development and curation of learning products and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for digitisation and integration of various learning modalities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely engagement delivery.
• Ensure quality brand and regulatory guidelines are met on all engagements.
• Publish status reports and anchor status meetings with client
• Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate on a timely basis.
• Support in deployment of learning programs and campaigns
• Emerge as a key facilitator for learning programs
• Monitor and report on internal KPIs and timely report/ escalate challenges to stakeholders
• Manage multiple internal initiatives and track progress
• Ideate and integrate technology-driven solutions to optimize the learning experience

Client Management

• Develop strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams.
• Anchor client conversations during different stages of the engagement

Operational excellence:

• Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Understanding of enterprise risk domains and current regulatory and market trends.
• Understanding of learning principles and modern learning technologies and trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Exceptional command on spoken and written English.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively in order to achieve optimum results.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Overall 3 years of Risk Advisory (preferably Internal Audit/ Internal Controls) experience with a Big 4 or comparable professional services environment with
• CA or Masters degree in business administration or Risk management
• Experience in designing and facilitating technical learning solutions is preferred

Ideally you will also be:

Responsible for the performance and appraisal of direct reports including training and developing necessary skill sets to enable them to grow in their careers.

Mentor and coach junior team members enabling them to meet their performance goals and successfully grow their careers.
