Exciting Opportunity: Director of Partnerships Multifamily
Location:East or Central Regions (Remote with travel)
CORY is hiring a high-impact Director of Partnerships to lead strategic business development for a nationally recognized real estate operating platform. This is a front-end growth role focused on origination relationship development and closing new third-party multifamily management partnerships.

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Drive new business origination for the third-party multifamily management platform
Build and convert relationships with owners developers and capital partners
Maintain a disciplined high-quality pipeline of active pursuits
Lead RFPs proposals pitch materials and executive presentations
Support contract negotiations and deal structuring
Partner cross-functionally with operations marketing and leadership
Represent the organization at key industry events contribute market intelligence and strategic growth insights and consistently close new management partnerships.
Develop a strong sustainable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with ownership and investment groups to increase market visibility and portfolio growth.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
5 years of experience in multifamily real estate & demonstrated success in business development and sales.
Proven ability to lead RFPs and executive-level presentations coupled with strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
Exceptional relationship-building negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial results-oriented mindset with a willingness to travel for growth initiatives.
