This role will require 10% - 15% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects.

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in advancing the commercial excellence agenda for the Pelvic Health Operating Unit. This individual will serve as the primary business analyst and process architect supporting our commercial processesincluding business systems such as and will partner closely with Sales Marketing MedEd Customer Care IT Finance HR and cross-functional commercial leaders to optimize our commercial operations workflows.

This position reports to the Director of Sales Operations and is ideal for a systems savvy process-minded commercial operations professional who excels at translating business needs into scalable solutions leveraging business systems driving adoption across field and internal teams and leading operational projects from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Process & CRM Optimization

  • Serve as the key Commercial Process & enablement analyst within the Pelvic Health Operating Unit.

  • Serve as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) of our commercial business applications within for Pelvic Health. Key systems include Health Cloud Field Service Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Translate commercial processes into scalable optimized workflows by gathering requirements process mapping solution ideation project management cross-functional collaboration and process documentation.

Commercial Process Mapping & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end process mapping documentation and continuous improvement initiatives across our commercial operations. Key teams to engage with include Sales Marketing Customer Care MedEd Finance IT and HR.

  • Facilitate workshops with commercial stakeholders to understand current workflows and convert them into optimized future-state processes.

  • Develop and maintain SOPs process documentation and playbooks to establish sustainable repeatable and scalable operational structures.

Project Portfolio Leadership

  • Manage the Sales Operations project portfolio ensuring visibility prioritization and successful on-time delivery of key initiatives.

  • Support our CRM Program Manager with key functions such as Level 1 SFDC support project execution and technology roadmap ideation development and enablement.

Sales Enablement & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with Training team to design and deliver Sales Process training content and tool utilization strategies.

  • Support evolution of sales methodologies field productivity tools and performance insights to create a more effective and efficient commercial engine.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Nice to Have

  • Degree in Operations Analytics Information Systems or related field.

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Operations Commercial Operations Business Operations or CRM support/BA roles.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM () ideally including one or more of the following:

    • Health Cloud

    • Field Service Cloud

    • Sales Cloud

    • Service Cloud

  • Demonstrated experience with process mapping process documentation and process improvement methodologies (Lean Kaizen Value Stream Mapping etc.).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business problems into system and workflow solutions.

  • Experience in MedTech healthcare life sciences or a complex commercial organization.

  • Experience with commercial readiness sales enablement platforms or territory/support operations.

  • Experience working closely with IT developers and field teams on CRM-based transformations.

  • Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP a plus!

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$84800.00 - $127200.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience certification/education market conditions and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
