We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager with a STRONG Finance background to lead train and hold accountable a growing sales team. This individual will play a critical role in maximizing dealership profitability through structured deal desking effective menu presentations of finance and protection products and proactive involvement throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Desk deals with precision to ensure both profitability and customer satisfaction.
Conduct menu presentations and effectively present finance warranty and protection products.
Stay involved in deals from the first pencil through delivery ensuring compliance and profitability.
Train motivate and coach sales staff to improve performance and product penetration.
Hold team members accountable to dealership processes sales goals and compliance standards.
Collaborate with upper management to set monthly/quarterly objectives and strategies for growth.
Monitor backend performance and ensure finance products are presented consistently to every customer.
Lead by example with a hands-on in the deal approach.
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in automotive finance desking or sales management.
Proven track record of backend product sales and profitability.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train develop and hold a team accountable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with a compliance-first mindset.
Desire to grow into higher levels of management within the dealership group.
