Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Spot Welder to join our team at our Cincinnati facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing spot welding tasks on various metal components ensuring high-quality welds according to specifications and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Operate spot welding equipment to join metal parts and assemblies.
- Interpret blueprints specifications and work orders to determine welding requirements.
- Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Spot Welder or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to welding operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
