The Mission We are recruiting a clinical specialist from Irelands top-tier medical sector for a unique role at sea. You will be responsible for 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a luxury superyacht. This position offers a distinct change of pace from ward life with a cruising itinerary that includes Porto-Vecchio (Corsica) Šibenik (Croatia) Lipari and the turquoise coast of Fethiye.
The Team You will join a medical department that operates with the precision of a private clinic. The team is led by a Lead British Doctor supported by resident Physiotherapists and a cohesive Western-trained nursing crew. We highly value the rigorous training and adaptability that Irish nurses bring to the table.
The Safety Patient safety and nurse fatigue management are critical. We operate a strict double-nurse shift system ensuring you are never working in isolation and have guaranteed downtime to enjoy the yachts facilities and the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The Process We value efficiency. The initial screening and interview phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform allowing you to secure this position from Dublin before any travel is required.

Qualifications: A Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing / NMBI Registration) is mandatory.
Experience: You must possess 4 years of Acute Care experience (ICU A&E or ED).
Language: Native or C1 English fluency is required.
