Position: Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM)
Location: London/Hybrid
Type: Contract Inside IR35 6 Months
Rate: 700-725 p/day
We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management Workstream Lead (IAM/IDAM) to take ownership of a major cyber transformation programme. This strategic role is responsible for defining the IDAM strategy overseeing a portfolio of initiatives and ensuring that people systems and data are protected through modern robust identity practices.
In this role you will:
- Lead a team of project managers to deliver initiatives across identity lifecycle management privileged access Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO).
- Shape the organisations next-generation identity security controls supporting safe responsible adoption of emerging technologies such as AI.
- Collaborate across Cyber Security IT HR and business functions ensuring alignment adoption and effective change management.
- Drive the transition from project delivery to business-as-usual ensuring systems and processes are sustainable scalable and future-ready.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale IDAM or security transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of identity principles controls and technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex multi-project portfolios balancing delivery risk and benefits realisation
