World Talent Selection is currently recruiting for an international operations project within the mobility and infrastructure sector.

Your Role
As an Operations Customer Expert you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through digital channels (phone and email) ensuring service clarity operational efficiency and revenue compliance.
You will act as a key contact point for transport and logistics professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for drivers and transport companies
Provide information regarding road usage and toll systems
Support revenue collection processes
Manage debt communication when applicable
Ensure clear and professional customer communication
Contribute to operational and service performance targets
Your Profile
Strong communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to handle structured processes and operational tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment
EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal
Preferred:
Working Conditions
40 hours per week
Rotational shifts (24/7 schedule)
Portuguese employment contract
22 days paid holiday per year
Public holidays according to Portuguese law
Modern office environment in Vila Nova de Gaia (Porto area)
Training
You will receive 3 weeks intensive onboarding and professional training before starting your role including:
Systems and tools training
Product and service knowledge
Customer communication best practices
Operational procedures
Training is compensated upon successful completion.
