What You Will Do:
- Lead On-Site Support Operations: Manage the support teams daily activities including shift planning technician allocation workload balancing and ensuring high-quality VIP and executive support. Oversee PC refresh programs Digital Bar and Boutique support readiness and hands-and-eyes coordination for server and network teams.
- Drive Service Optimization & Self-Help Adoption: Reduce dispatch demand by promoting remote support smart triage and end-user self-help. Conduct user induction trainings awareness sessions and continuous improvement initiatives based on SLA KPI and user experience insights.
- Governance & Escalation Management: Ensure HAM and CMDB accuracy compliance and audit readiness. Act as the escalation point for complex issues liaising with the Service Desk and other resolver teams while maintaining documentation reporting and strategic leadership.
Requirements
What you need:
- Proven experience in on-site IT support and team leadership including shift planning and workload management.
- Expert-level skills in endpoint AV and boutique/Digital Bar technology support with VIP handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of HAM CMDB governance server hardware and data center etiquette.
- Excellent coaching mentoring stakeholder management documentation and reporting abilities.
- ITIL certification or strong ITIL expertise with a strategic calm and solution-oriented approach.
