1. JOB PURPOSE:
To manage end-to-end accounting payroll trading transactions and financial reporting for the group companies including The Concrete Shop a design-led concrete brand by Aarya Precast India Pvt. Ltd. operating in a manufacturing environment. The Senior Accountant will ensure accuracy of financial records timely payroll processing statutory compliance and effective financial control to support engineering production project execution and overall management decision-making ensuring smooth financial and operational functioning across the organization.
2. ROLL AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Accounting & Financial Management
Maintain complete books of accounts for group of companies including vouchers ledgers and journal entries.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements as per statutory and management requirements.
Handle bank reconciliation cash management expense tracking and account reconciliation.
Ensure timely closure of accounts and accuracy of financial data.
B. Payroll & Employee Accounts Management
Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary calculation deductions and disbursement.
Maintain employee salary records reimbursements incentives and final settlements.
Coordinate attendance and payroll inputs with HR/Admin team.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee financial records.
C. Statutory Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST TDS PF ESIC Professional Tax Bonus and Gratuity.
Make payments of all state taxes duties and etc. within defined timelines.
Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with auditors consultants and tax authorities as required.
D. MIS Reporting & Audit Support
Prepare regular MIS reports related to accounts payroll taxation and expenses.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate data and documentation.
Provide financial reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
Identify discrepancies risks or deviations and report them timely.
E. Coordination & Process Discipline
Coordinate with HR Admin Production Stores and Management teams for smooth financial operations.
Ensure adherence to company accounting policies internal controls and procedures.
Support process improvements for better financial efficiency and compliance.
3. KRA KPI
Accuracy and timeliness of accounting records and financial statements.
On-time payroll processing with minimal errors.
100% statutory compliance and timely filings.
Quality and timeliness of MIS and management reports.
Audit observations and closure effectiveness.
Adherence to company policies discipline and reporting timelines.
4. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Regular coordination with HR Admin Production Stores Sales Marketing and Management for accounting payroll and financial matters.
External: Coordination with auditors tax consultants banks vendors statutory authorities and government departments as required.
5. KNOWLEDGE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB
Education: / / CA-Inter or equivalent accounting qualification
Education:
56 years of relevant experience in accounts payroll and statutory compliance.
Prior experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Experience handling multiple companies or group entities is an added advantage.
Skills : Strong knowledge of accounting principles and manufacturing accounting. Hands-on experience in payroll management and statutory compliance. Good understanding of GST TDS PF ESIC and taxation laws. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Experience in handling cloud-based accounting payroll and CRM systems or similar financial management software. Strong analytical organizational and documentation skills. High accuracy integrity and confidentiality.
