Job Title: Sr. Analyst Accounts
Reporting: Lead - Accounts & Indirect taxation
Major responsibilities:
This role will support in the preparation of accounts of UPL SAS with its subsidiaries. it will undertake the accounting of associates and joint ventures intercompany and intra company transactions and RPT statements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounting:
- Maintain books of accounts/Finance on a periodic basis as per requirements.
- Co-ordinate with HO Accounts/Finance team for arrange Transfer Imprest account to Delhi Office.
- Maintain Vendor Bill book in SAP Office and Guesthouses.
Payments & related coordination for offices and guesthouses:
- Create Vendor code in MDO (System online)
- Release Vendor Payment within time -
- Release Cash/Bank Payments time to time
Bank reconciliation statements coordination:
- Prepare & sharing bank reconciliation statement on a periodic basis
- Balance certificate collected form bank/Cash Certificate send to HO Account & Audit team.
Direct and Indirect taxation coordination:
- Arrange all GST related issued in Delhi also attend hearing in G.S.T. Office.
- Liasoning and Contribution to the cases related to taxes in Various Govt. offices/Agencies located in Delhi.

Expected Qualification and Experience:
- Commerce graduate with finance controlling experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an accounting professional
- Experience in SAP Microsoft Office
