Your role
Saab is globally in a growth journey and are right now expanding in India read more about the journey in the factory located in Jahjjar at Reliance MET township here a Production Engineering at Saab you will be located at our factory in Jahjjar. You will have a central role in supporting production and improving work processes. You are responsible for creating and updating preparations such as assembly instructions correct production times and operation lists for your products and for maintaining the best possible availability of tools and equipment for series production.
As a Production Engineer you develop optimize and balance existing processes and systems to achieve the best safety delivery precision pace capacity and quality.
Some part of the introduction will be held in Sweden during fall 2026.
Your profile
We are looking for you who are committed flexible solution-oriented and you are not afraid to take action where necessary. You are proactive and ready to take on challenges in a dynamic and changing environment. With your structured way of working you successfully manage both short-term and long-term tasks to achieve joint results.
We would like to see that you have:
- Relevant academic education with a focus on production technology or other post-secondary education combined with good experience.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Hindi and English.
- Good understanding of and experience with production and production processes.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
