Job Summary
- 10 years experience participating in organizational change management (OCM) activities in information technology solutions. Experience should include stakeholder analysis communication plans and readiness assessments.
- 7 years experience in a project management or project lead role. Experience should include identification of project deliverables identification of required resources and the development of project plans.
- 1 year of experience implementing clinical dictation solutions in a healthcare environment.
- 3 years experience implementing changes to enhance information security services in an organization. Experience should include the implementation of new electronic security services security role/account provisioning and communication of security best practices to staff.
- 3 years experience developing training plans and curriculum for healthcare information systems targeted at clinical users.
- 3 years experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of applications in an acute care environment as the Organizational Change Management lead.
- 2 years of experience implementing the surgical information system as the Organization Change Management lead within an acute facility. Experience should include working with clinical users as well as external vendors.
Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Business Analysis.
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
- Valid Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) certification.
