Job Summary

Identify and penetrate new local and international markets to increase Trax Apparels footprint.
Build and nurture deep-rooted relationships with premium retailers multi-brand boutiques and global stockists.
Manage the entire sales pipelinefrom initial lead generation and cold outreach to final deal closure and contract signing.
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies designed to hit (and exceed) quarterly revenue targets.
Lead contract negotiations with partners ensuring terms are profitable sustainable and aligned with Trax Apparels luxury positioning.
Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for the leadership team providing a clear picture of where the brand is headed.
Conduct continuous market research to stay ahead of African and global fashion trends ensuring Trax Apparel remains competitive and relevant.
Serve as the brands primary ambassador at major industry events fashion shows and high-level networking forums.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure our sales efforts are perfectly timed with brand campaigns and seasonal drops.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Proven track record in sales business development or account management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • 3 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the fashion or consumer goods industry.
