Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Compensation:
Travel Rate: $56/hour
Local Rate: $48/hour
Job Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT/RVS) for a 13-week outpatient surgical clinic assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vascular sonographer with strong diagnostic experience and exposure to vascular interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound diagnostic studies
Conduct imaging for abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA) mesenteric studies and peripheral vascular disease (PVD)
Evaluate peripheral bypass grafts and dialysis access sites
Provide imaging support during vascular interventions
Accurately document findings within EMR systems
Maintain high standards of patient safety and imaging quality
Collaborate closely with vascular surgeons and interdisciplinary clinical staff
Qualifications
RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) certification required
Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound / Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
Experience in a vascular surgical clinic setting required
Hands-on experience with vascular interventions (grafts bypasses dialysis access aneurysm studies)
Strong vascular diagnostic ultrasound background
Current BLS certification
Excellent communication and documentation skills
