This position reports to the AP Director and works with offshore AP team users/teams across Singtel & NCS and vendors. The candidate will be supporting AP projects which will provide the candidate with exposure to various AP functions.
Make an Impact by
- AP transformation projects
- Enhancement initiatives to improve einvoicing platform - requirements gathering project managing AP resources in UAT and issues resolutions as well as assisting in UAT involve in the change management (eg prepare FAQs) / communications with internal stakeholders on the changed processes suppliers onboarding onto einvoicing platform which may require the candidate to handle enquiries from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Perform invoice processing and general ledger data entry in SAP accounting system
- Perform AP reporting activities including interco reconciliations Balance Sheet schedules preparation
- Liaise with vendors/employees on payment issues
- Review staff claims for compliance against claim policy.
Skills for Success
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
- Basic knowledge in accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Verbal Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- People management
- Good time management and detail oriented
- Experience in prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous and efficient to manage high volume of transactions
