Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

We are looking for a Content Moderator (French speaker) to join our team in Porto Portugal. This position is focused on ensuring compliance safety and quality of content on a leading e-commerce platform.

About the Role:

As a Content Moderator you will guarantee products and services standards within the e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities include rational decision making with local market expertise as well as ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards while reviewing content.

Key Responsibilities:

Become and remain knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce products and services standards
Review content within agreed service levels and quality standards
Ensure policy/legal compliance and the safety of uploaded content
Adapt to policy changes and shifting schedules while following operating protocols
Escalate issues to the company in line with established procedures

Requirements:

French language at minimum C2 level
Good command of English language (B2)
Strong moderation and communication skills (verbal and written)
Solid understanding of e-commerce and ability to handle peak volumes during promotion seasons
Customer service orientation empathy and rational decision making

Conditions:

Working model: On-site in Porto

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary: 1000 gross/month
Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day
