The opportunity

Were growing our Business Transformation Delivery practice and are looking for experienced Managers who blend project management discipline with human-centered change expertise to help organizations successfully deliver complex large-scale transformation programs. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution supporting clients through technology-enabled change operating model evolution process transformation and workforce enablement.

You will play a key role in turning transformation ambition into tangible results working in international environments and cross-functional teams to ensure that change is not only well-designed but effectively delivered adopted and sustained.

Were looking for aChange Managerwho combines strong project management discipline with deep expertise in organizational change. You will lead change workstreams within complex international transformation programs often technology-enabled ensuring people adoption keeps pace with business and system change.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-endchange workstreams(scope plan RAID budget tracking quality).
  • Define and executechange strategies(impact & readiness assessments stakeholder mapping change roadmaps adoption KPIs).
  • Design and runstakeholder engagement approaches including leadership alignment and change networks.
  • Facilitateworkshops focus groups and interviewsto integrate employee voice into transformation design.
  • Develop and overseecommunication and engagement strategies.
  • Shapelearning and enablement approaches(learning journeys coaching frameworks change champion networks).
  • Trackadoption and behavior change metrics recommending course corrections where needed.
  • Ensure tightintegration between change plans and overall project delivery.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • 810 years of professional experience including significant exposure toorganizational changein large transformation programs.
  • Strongproject management background(planning governance RAID dependencies) ideally managing change as a structured workstream.
  • Experience intechnology-enabled transformations(HR systems enterprise platforms digital tools).
  • Knowledge ofchange methodologies(e.g. PROSCI ADKAR ACMP or similar).
  • Excellent facilitation and senior stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (C1).

Youll stand out if you

  • UseAI tools(e.g. Copilot ChatGPT) to accelerate stakeholder analysis synthesize feedback and draft communication materials.
  • Createhigh-quality PowerPoint storytellingfor leadership translating change insights into clear persuasive narratives.
  • BuildAI-supported change dashboards or summariesto track sentiment adoption signals and engagement trends.
