The firm is now seeking a Senior Associate litigator to step into a high-responsibility role working directly with partners on complex and demanding matters. This is not a volume-driven role. It is suited for a lawyer who:
- Takes true ownership of matters
- Is comfortable operating with significant autonomy
- Can manage sophisticated issues with minimal oversight
- Has the flexibility to accommodate long hours when matters require it
You will work across a broad range of high-level disputes including:
- Complex commercial litigation
- Business and shareholder disputes
- Securities and fraud matters
- International arbitration
- IP disputes
- Class actions
- Antitrust litigation
This role offers direct partner access meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to be a core contributor on matters typically handled at the top of the market.

Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 7 years of experience in complex litigation
Preferred Experience:
- Background at an Am Law 100 or similarly sophisticated firm
- Experience running key components of matters independently
- Comfort interfacing directly with clients
- Ability to manage fast-moving high-pressure matters
